So some of us have made it up the mountains so far this winter but judging by this last minute rushed snow gear shopping, we're guessing some families have been waiting to ski with Elsa - from Frozen.. If you think this is the elderly lady who works down the frozen foods aisle in New World, maybe your kids are a little older? left home? were Pingu fans? Thought so.
Translation: a white winter with idyllic snow, a flurry of rosy-cheeked, budding skiers in their Roxy all in ones and animal mittens chomping on those tiny poles you liken to toothpicks and chandeliers of ice hanging from your once blooming flower baskets by the door.

We got a little taster back in May and a few fresh dumps recently but we have it on good authority (the iPhone weather app) that our winter wonderland is here to stay! Those well qualified meteorologists at apple have made our day! Hooray!
