What is the connection between Rockies and pizza?

Well we know pizza is the best dinner option to keep the whole family happy and we are big on bringing you the best local options so here goes on our round-up of the 5 best family-friendly joints to get pizza in Queenstown. A lot of the below offer pick up if that is your jam.

Franks Eatery - a fond neighbour of ours at Rockies, so perfectly placed to visit both of us! We headed there for All you can eat pizza a couple of Saturdays ago and it was epic (kids under 5 eat free). We think this is the best option after after a day up the mountain!

Skyline Gondola - for relaxed family dining why not combine it with a bit of Friday night luging (when they are open until 8pm). They currently offer half price pizzas on Friday nights which is well worth the trip up!

The Cow - originally a stone barn which housed cows and now the coolest and most iconic pizza restaurants in Queenstown. Try the bolognese pizza and homemade cob. They don’t take bookings but we have never had to wait for long, particularly if you’re part of the pre-7pm dinner crowd.

Winnies - one of the original pizza places in Queenstown and the restaurant  where the roof comes is lifted at times throughout the night. There is a really cool family combo for $65 which is worth checking out.

We love the London for its relaxed style dining. There is tonnes of space for the kids to run around which means we can sit back and relax!
