Munster, Minti or Rock Your Baby?

Wed, 12 August 2015

This seasons Munster is no exception from the irresistible range they produce every season, the bar has again been set high with a clever mix of surfing, skating and riding for the boys. Drifting away from the red and vibrant paint splatter, they have opted for pops of neon green and dandelion yellow. For the girls the Missie Munster array is just as magical - animals, plant life and rainbows prints on block colours and stripes. The rain drops are this collections favourite, a simple print on corals and creams keep the look fresh and subtly playful.

The masked hero print is commonplace in children’s clothing; the ticket to keeping your little guy happy whilst shopping is the bribe of a mask and cape. However, this seasons Minti is showing that the girls too, can be heroes. The ice-cream singlets and dresses scream girly girl, whereas the Jagger jumpsuit and Meadow dress shout this girls got attitude. The combination of birds, batman and bunnies ensures that no girl will be left behind. The hero print also makes an appearance in the boys range, with a sprinkle of lions and a dash of ghosts, this too warrants their ethos “what we’d wear if we were small”

Maintaining their striking style and quirky fashions, Rock Your Baby delivered no less than the expected electric mix of old and new. The beautiful hand drawn prints used on their tees, dainty dresses and the arrival of Chaplin on the boys striped t-shirt, exhibits the old. The bold heart and cross print show the simple and new prints that can look casually awesome. RYB have stuck to their impressive knack of using cute and inspiring quotes that the whole family enjoy and the ever-popular tutu dresses and leggings that will always be our favourites. Whoever said diamonds are a girl’s best friend, had never owned a Cha Cha Cherry skirt or Mini Melissas.

Our three biggest ranges with equal fan bases, that we couldn’t possibly select a preferred brand. Each label has its own style and niche in the world of children’s fashion. Take a look and see what you think!
